Our demonstration permaculture site is a 10 acre property in Leongatha South, which we have been developing since 1994. Once a degraded dairy property, the site now features vegetable gardens, greenhouse, integrated poultry system, young orchards, extensive aquaculture system (including chinampa), thousands of trees planted, and a mud brick classroom demonstrating passive solar design principles. We run residential permaculture design courses on site.
