National Coaching Accreditation Scheme

For more Coach Information go to the National EFA NCAS Site.

There is only 1National Coach Accreditation Scheme Level 1 General EFA qualified coach in the NT. Pam Crellin (Darwin)

This low number is due to our original fellow coaches having drifted away from practical coaching and the cost of insurance (coach registration) for existing coaches is considered noneconomical for our other NT coaches who have chosen to become non practising coaches. They are still on the registry of coaches Nationally, but they are not permitted to coach as they have no insurance cover.

For training and examining to be viable in the NT there needs to be at least 8 - 10 dedicated riders, with horses in work and competing at least at Novice dressage level, some showjumping, tackling the cross country and learning how to lunge correctly.
