What to Expect

Naturopathy: Your initial consultation could range from an hour to an hour and half. It involves an in depth inquiry of your 

• Presenting symptoms (When it started, how long, sensation, etc), 

• Past history of any illness 

• Family history of any serious illness

• Current medications/ supplements

• System review - Kidneys, reproduction, cardiovascular, respiratory, GIT, bowels, musculoskeletal, Skin.

• Lifestyle

• Diet

• Physical examination could include Nails, tongue, blood pressure.

• Iridology 

It would be ideal if you have had any tests/x-rays etc done to bring them with you.
