A bout us ……
Nordic Natural Health Centre was established in 1977 by
the prominent Naturopath /massage therapist Mr. Peter Martin. In 2001 Dale
& Jacqui Fernandez received Nordic which was more a gift rather than a
business deal. In 2004 Nordic relocated to Drummond St Sth and in 2006 has
relocated to Eureka Medical Centre 14 Albert St Ballarat.
Building on the principles and philosophy at Nordic we
hope to give people the tools to take responsibility for their own health.
Our supportive measures include body work (massage), which has proven over
time to be effective in attaining and maintaining health.
Nutritional advise and supplements that provide valuable
nutrition that is lacking in our diet. Herbal tonics that have been defined
as agents which have a strengthening effect and which tone up the entire
body or a specific organ structure or body function. These herbs can help
protect against the development of disease in a particular organ or body
system. We promote a positive attitude, a healthy diet and exercise. Simple
lifestyle changes’, incorporating consistency and respect for ones own
inner strength, which goes a long way in improving health.
